Journey so far

My marketing work has touched millions globally, working for and partnering with startups, non-profits, and large organizations on their messaging and presence.

I’ve shaped narratives, built content strategies for tech brands (education, music, mindfulness, design, food), and orchestrated large-scale events, like benefit concerts, culture conferences, and mindfulness events.

Along the way, I’ve researched and edited books for business experts, guided artists in sharing their stories and creations, and organized events for world leaders like the Dalai Lama, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Eckhart Tolle.

Experiencing chronic pain, migraines, and anxiety since a young age has led me down a path of continual self-exploration. Who knew that penning silly boy band fan fiction in my pre-teens would end up in a writing career? That nerding out over music in my childhood room would turn into DJing? That back pain would guide me to supporting spiritual leaders and exploring healing arts?

I’m eternally grateful for my family, and all the mentors and communities across music, marketing, and mysticism I’ve had thus far.

I believe that creativity and energy are meant to flow freely. Whether I’m writing copy, designing a campaign, DJing, or guiding a Reiki session, I listen first and co‑create what’s needed. Connection guides every step.
