Remote energy work to help you ground, clear, and reconnect.

Remotely via Zoom or phone, each session is up to 60 minutes, guided by what you need most:
- 25–35 min grounding + remote Reiki
- 20–25 min discussion (before & after)
- Optional tailored follow-up resources via email
*Note: We may not use the full hour; this block gives you ample space to arrive and integrate.*
With six years of Reiki experience, I can help guide you through relaxation and restoration, and explore ways to regulate your energy body.
No intuitive messages are offered.
These sessions are informed by my combined knowledge and experiences of energetics, psychology, biology, and spirituality.
As an energist, I believe that everything is energy. Creativity and energy are meant to flow freely. I listen first and co‑create what’s needed.
- Ensure you have good wifi/cell service.
- Find a quiet, private space, and keep water and a blanket nearby. Optional: a journal for insights.
- Arriving over 10 minutes late may count as a no-show.

- All sessions must be prepaid via PayPal prior to booking. Appointments without payment will be canceled. Please reach out if you prefer a different payment method.
- Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before your appointment
- 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours prior
- No refund if canceled <24 hours or no-show
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without a refund.
